Knit this Cobalt Ruffled Scarf in an evening.
This knitted ruffled scarf has no short rows and as a result is much easier to make.
The Cobalt Blue really stands out but of course you can make it any colour you want.
You will fall in love with the results.

Knitting Needle Size: 8 or 5 mm, Circular Knitting Needles
Yarn Weight: (3) Light/DK (21-24 stitches to 4 inches)
