Crochet Happy Hippo Baby Booties

Crocheted Baby Booties puts a smile on your face.

You cannot help but smile when you see these Hippo Booties on your baby.  Or any baby in fact.  Its a great present from the grandparent or just from a friend.  Pick the colours you want for a boy or girl.  These will go well with the Hippo Hat.

This is an easy pattern to crochet and uses a small amount of yarn in any two colours that you want.

You will need a tiny bit of felt for the teeth and some buttons for the eyes.  Make sure the buttons are on tight so that the little one will not swallow them.  We know how they like to chew.

This pattern is for a newborn baby but there are directions to make it for a 3-6 month old as well

Crochet Hook: G/6 or 4 mm

Yarn Weight: Medium Worsted

Stitches: 16-20 to 4 inches.
